This is made from ivory, large,high quality, baroque, freshwater pearls approx 12mm x 9mm. The drop is approx 4 cm, the toggle is handmade by me with sterling silver wire. The shells are fine silver 99%, and l cast from real shells I have made moulds of. 
Original inspiration for this was rhe Mermaids necklace in Arthur Spiderwicks field guide.
