This is part of the magical (and sometimes deadly)  potions apothecary collection. The locket is a Bella Donna (also known as deadly nightshade). It's a 2 part locket that is secured with a safety chain. 
The back has been textured with a leaf. The stones are a 4 mm faceted rhodilte garnet and the stopper is a 4 mm rose cut black onyx. Size I'd approx 3cm x 2cm x 1.2 cm
The chain is an 18 inch sterling silver belcher chain, the locket and chain has been oxidised.
